Is santan flower or ixora coccinea staminate or pistillate?

I%26#039;m not 100% certain here, but I%26#039;m thinking they are both male (stamens)and female (pistil) in the same flower. Staminate and pistillate mean there are separate male and female flowers either on the same plant, making it a monoecious, or on two separate plants (such as holly) making that species dioecious.

Tear open a flower and look down in the tube for both the stamens and the pistil.loan
